Due to weather conditions delivery of items/bikes may take longer than expected.

“The persistent cold spell of snow and ice continues to cause rolling disruptions to delivery service across the country. Information relating to localised problems will be updated on our Twitter page as it becomes available from our depot and regional management team.

Local depots are working around the variable conditions to ensure the best possible service is still provided during this unavoidable disruption.

We apologise to our customers and consignees that these issues exist, and hope you will bare with us while we work to achieve successful deliveries as soon as we are physically able.”
